During the forty years of its active presence on the Croatian market, INA – while building its plants and expanding its business operations – has helped to develop the regions in which it operates in different ways. INA has built municipal infrastructure, community health centers, schools and residential buildings, thus raising the living standards of its employees, as well as of the rest of population.

In time, cooperation with the community expanded to the areas of sports, culture, art, science… earning INA the title of a great and generous patron of all major areas of social and human activity.
Thus, INA has long ago expressed and applied in practice the principles of social responsibility as the third pillar of sustainable development in many developed European countries, but also in socially conscious Croatian companies. Today, this represents an integral part of their business operations and successful performance as a whole.

INA d.d. was the first among Croatian companies to publish extensive information on all activities in the area of socially responsible business, social sensitivity to its employees and to the broader community in the Report on corporate social responsibility. (Sustainability Report)
