The oil industry requires a high degree of health protection and safety at work, so these are among the top priorities and basic prerequisites for the successful operation of any oil company.

INA d.d. has therefore set up an all-encompassing system of managing occupational health and safety at work, with the aim to continuously improve the level of safety and regularly monitor the status of employee health.

Special attention is paid to adequate employee training, so that they know how to work in a safe manner and are able to minimize the risks related to their daily work activities.
