Sustainability report 2010

INA – Industrija nafte, d.d. follows and respects all international directives that define its business and respects numerous recommendations that contribute to overall business success. INA-Industrija nafte d.d. has a 14-year tradition of publishing annual non-financial reports. We began reporting about environmental protection in 1997, and seven years ago, along with several other companies, published Social report as well based on the GRI guidelines for reporting. Since 2007, we release Sustainability Report, in line with the G3 GRI methodology integrating the CSR Report with the Environment, Health and Safety Report.
 
Sustainability report not only applies methodological innovations, but also upgrades present practice of description and analysis of the corporate politics and business practice influence on the company and its key stakeholders. At the same time it provides balanced picture of accomplishments and goals in different business segments and activities, but also of risks and problems that INA is facing and the way of solving them. The company systematically analyses conditions and recognizes key challenges in development of social responsibility and that – besides elaboration and following of key issues related to strategy and social responsibility – also provides well basis for proactive attitude of the company.
