Education Print

As one of the key players in the Croatian economy, INA is keeping its doors wide open for young professionals. In that sense, in 2005, it offered work placement at all of its departments and branches to 1, 100 secondary school pupils and students. Also, as part of a tradition, it has granted scholarships to top students within the scope of the action ‘Top Scholarship for Top Student’ organized in cooperation with NCL Media Group.

As part of its business activities, INA pays special attention to the education and professional growth of its employees in managerial positions, as well as to the young, promising employees. To further that goal, INA cooperates with educational institutions which meet the highest quality standards.

INA has sent its employees to various postgraduate courses (MBA), computer courses leading to the ECDL diploma, foreign language courses, and different types of training and education programs such as Project Management, Presentation and Communication Skills and various seminars. Currently, INA's employees attend an education program for managers entitled Fundamentals of Business Administration Program – FBA. This is part of a contract with the School of Economics and the main goal of this postgraduate course is to provide the attendants, the current and future managers at INA with basic background knowledge about business management and also to increase their general level of knowledge.
