INA d.d. web site privacy protection policy

We would like to make it clear that during your visit to these pages your personal data will not be revealed without your explicit consent.

We will not disclose information that we have received to third parties.  We however reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information as may be required by law.

When you send us an e-mail containing identifiable personal data, either in the form of an electronic message containing your questions or comments or as a downloaded form that you e-mail to us (for example a book order), we shall use your personal data  to meet your request. We may send your e-mail to other employees or suppliers better suited to reply to your query.

Opinion polls and prize games

Occasionally, we will use our internet pages for opinion polls and prize games. The data collected by those opinion polls and prize games will be used exclusively for INA’s purposes. If a sample response to any of the opinion polls is published on our pages, such sample will not contain any personal data.

In electronically accessible competitions and prize games, we will use your personal data only to carry out the game, i.e. to contact you if you win a prize. Once the game is over, all the data submitted by you will be deleted from our records after a certain deadline.  

Modifications and cancellations 

INA d.d. reserves the right to modify, move or delete one or all portions of this web-site and cancel this agreement at any time. The modifications shall come into effect on the date of publication at this address or at the moment when users are informed thereof. This agreement shall be applicable until terminated either by INA d.d. or by you. You may terminate this agreement at any time by no longer using this web-site and destroying all the materials that you have downloaded or used from this site.
