INA has decided to implement a pilot project - entrepreneur concept on a certain number of its petrol stations. In this model, company retains ownership of all retail assets including concessions, properties, buildings, infrastructure, goods and products, and the entrepreneur manages those resources and gets a premium for realised traffic.
A tender for managers who can apply for managing up to three INA’s petrol stations under INA’s brand was open until July 20, 2013. During the selection of the new PS operator, an advantage will be given to the candidates who have experience in petroleum retailing and knowledge of INA’s systems.
INA will help the chosen entrepreneurs to set up the company and to build a successful operation since it is also in INA’s best interest that those businesses run as efficient and successful as possible.
