Zagreb, August 29 2013 – Today a contract on general sponsorship of INA and Croatian Football Association (HNS) was signed. Signing ceremony was held on INA’s petrol station Miramarska in Zagreb while the contract was signed by the president of HNS Mr. Davor Šuker and president of INA Management Board Mr. Zoltán Áldott.
Addressing the present guests, Mr. Áldott emphasised his pleasure with cooperation with HNS, welcoming all past successes of this umbrella organisation of Croatian football and added: As the largest Croatian company and one of the leading companies in region, INA is the right partner for one of the best ranked world teams – Croatian football representation. Therefore it is our honour, together with fans, to unite this energy and support them. We believe that we will support them together next summer when we will watch Croatia at World Cup.”
On this occasion, Mr. Šuker stated „I thank Mr. Aldott for his wishes, but even more for confidence that INA has placed in us by agreeing to this cooperation. Croatian national teams achieve worldwide successes and given that we are an Association that strives for excellence it is our pleasure to reach an agreement on cooperation with a top company that has outstanding tradition, such as INA.”

Over the years INA proved to be a traditional partner of athletes and renowned sporting events. Cooperation with HNS has always been of particular importance for INA and this year’s general sponsorship was preceded with support for the qualifying match for the World Cup in Brazil 2014, which the Croatian national team played against the national team of Serbia in March this year.
