An Agreement on credit signed

Zagreb/London, April 4 – INA has signed an Agreement on long-term multi-currency revolving credit facility worth USD 400 million. On behalf of INA, the Agreement was signed by Mr. Zoltán Áldott, president of the Management Board and Mr. Niko Dalić, member of the Management Board. The purpose of this facility realized on international market is general corporate purposes. Maturity of the credit facility is 3 years with an option for 1+1 year extension.

Lenders under credit facility are 12 international and domestic banks, among which Mandated Lead Arrangers are: Erste Group Bank AG, ING Bank N.V., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d./CIB Bank Ltd., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Sberbank d.d.. Other banks participating in facility are The Bank of Tokyo–Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., BayernLB, Natixis, Societe Generale-Splitska banka d.d., Amsterdam Trade Bank N.V. and KDB Bank (Hungary) Ltd.

In addition to this facility INA has signed an intragroup long-term loan agreement provided from MOL Group by which intragroup financing has been increased from USD 200 million to USD 300 million.Documents
