New in the INA Loyalty app: Digital receipts at your fingertips

A new digital receipt option is now available in the INA Loyalty app, allowing users to keep all their receipts in one place: simple, organised and always accessible.

A digital receipt is an electronic version of a receipt that is automatically stored in the app and can be used to review purchases or as proof of purchase.

How to activate digital receipts?

The digital receipt option can be enabled in just a few simple steps:

  1. Open the INA Loyalty app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select “Consents”
  4. Enable the Digital receipt option.

What do digital receipts offer?

Users can benefit from a range of practical features:

  • an overview of all receipts in one place, within the profile
  • storage of up to 100 receipts (the oldest are automatically deleted)
  • viewing, saving and sharing receipts via email and other channels
  • quick access to receipts in the “Recent activity” section.

If a receipt is particularly important, for example for warranty purposes, it is recommended to send it to your email for long-term storage.

Important notes

  • For R1 invoices, even when the digital receipt option is enabled, a physical receipt will still be printed and will also be available in the app.
  • INA cards are not included in this option and physical receipts will continue to be issued.

Digital receipts make it easier to track expenses, improve organisation of purchases and reduce the need for paper receipts, thereby contributing to environmental protection.
