Zagreb, 12 June 2026 – INA has successfully collected all overdue receivables related to its operations in Egypt, further confirming the stability of its operations and the quality of cooperation with its partners.
During June, INA received payments in local currency equivalent to USD 9.6 million, while a payment of USD 30 million was transferred to its foreign currency account on 12 June. These transactions have fully settled all outstanding receivables.
Through its recent actions, the Arab Republic of Egypt has contributed to a positive investment climate in the country, particularly in the exploration and production sector. INA continues to develop its activities in Egypt, where it has been present since the 1980s, reinforcing its position as a reliable long-term partner of the state-owned companies EGPC and EGAS.
Over decades of cooperation, INA has built a stable and sustainable portfolio of projects and continues to invest in the development of Egypt’s energy sector. Today, INA holds interests in five concessions as a non-operating partner, with activities encompassing oil production, gas production and exploration.
INA’s average annual investments in Egypt amount to approximately USD 25 million, further strengthening the company’s international presence and contributing to local oil and gas production. INA’s total net production in Egypt reached approximately 650,000 barrels of oil equivalent in 2025, with further growth expected in 2026.
