Zagreb, 13 April 2026 – INA is launching its successful fresh graduate program, Growww, again this year. For nearly two decades, the program has provided a unique opportunity for young professionals starting their careers. Through the program, MOL Group, with INA as the member, is announcing nearly 100 positions across 8 countries – Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Croatia, offering fresh graduates the chance to start their careers at one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most stable energy companies.
Since its inception, the Growww program has provided a steppingstone into the energy industry for more than 2800 young professionals. Its success is demonstrated by the fact that 80% of participants continue their careers at MOL Group after completing the program. The company’s goal is to expose young professionals to real business challenges from day one while offering a supportive environment where they can deepen their understanding of the energy industry with the help of experienced mentors.
This year, INA Group is recruiting for exciting 15 roles in areas of exploration and production (exploration, drilling, production, field development, geothermal energy), as well as in production, process technology and maintenance at the Rijeka Refinery, and in product development, internal mobility, logistics, procurement, controlling, and IT. In addition to its traditional activities, one of the company’s strategic goals is to support the energy transition, with a focus on renewable energy sources. Therefore, applicants will have the opportunity to work in areas where they can make a real impact on shaping the region’s future. The program seeks key competencies such as analytical thinking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work in teams.
“The Growww program has been an important pillar of our talent development strategy since 2007, and interest in participation continues to grow. We are especially pleased that many of today’s leaders took their first professional steps through this program, which confirms that we recognize and develop long-term potential in young professionals. We provide participants with a stimulating and supportive environment in which they can work on real business challenges, along with continuous support from experienced mentors who guide them in their professional and personal development. Growww is not just the beginning of a career within the INA Group, but also an opportunity to actively participate in the development of the energy industry and to create innovative solutions for the future,” said Tome Barić, Director of Human Resources at INA.
During the one-year Growww program, participants receive continuous support to ensure a smooth integration and constant development. Young professionals are provided with a range of benefits, with access to various trainings and development opportunities through guided mentorship, getting to know the businesses, and a buddy program.
The program is open to fresh graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the mentioned fields and a maximum of one year of work experience. The Growww program aims to attract young professionals who seek not only career growth but also an active role in transforming the region’s energy sector.
Potential candidates can apply for open positions at ina.hr/growww.
