„Once again, this year, INA’s Green Belt has brought together outstanding individuals and organizations whose projects demonstrate the importance of environmental protection. Congratulations to all the recipients – your ideas are valuable and inspiring, and INA will continue to be your reliable partner in creating a greener future. Each selected project is another step toward a more sustainable society and a reminder to all of us to continue investing in the environment we leave to future generations,” said Krešimir Katić, Director of Marketing Communications and Retail Partnering at INA.
„I want to thank everyone who submitted beautiful, educational, and socially conscious projects that show care for our planet. We received 104 applications, and it was no easy task for the expert jury of INA’s Green Belt to select just fourteen. On my many travels, I’ve come to realize how important it is to preserve the Earth, and I am always glad to see fire brigades, schools, and kindergartens applying to the Green Belt. I’m happy to see such projects being initiated across Croatia. We must do everything we can to ensure environmental, health, and climate benefits,” said Kristijan Iličić, INA Green Belt Ambassador.
Since 2014, INA’s Green Belt has co-financed nearly 165 projects across Croatia, with a total value of over €485,000. Through the initiative, more than 25,000 tree, flower, and shrub seedlings have been planted on public and school grounds, and over 400,000 square meters of land have been greened – an area equivalent to more than 56 football fields.
