ZAGREB, March 29 – the Management Board of INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. appointed for a temporary period of 30 days or till further decision Mr Želimir Šikonja as acting Executive Director for Exploration and Production.
The Management Board also authorized its President – with the same time validity –for the supervision of functions directly subordinated to Chief Executive Officer.
The Company underlines that these decisions are strictly temporary aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of INA and do not represent long term substitutions.
The company hopes that the ongoing procedure will prove claims against Mr Bojan Milkovic unfounded.Documents
