Press release – Sisak refinery

SISAK, June 21, 2011 – with regards to the fire which broke out yesterday morning in Sisak Refinery we would like to notify you of the following:
Sisak Refinery took all necessary measures in order to make the fire site completely safe for its surroundings, including 24-hour oversight. The police investigation is in process. After the investigation is completed and safety conditions for further activities are established, all detailed circumstances of the incident and the material damage will be ascertained. In order to secure the site, the cleaning of the remaining Hydrocarbons is currently underway.
After the police investigation, all necessary measures will be taken in order to normalise the work of the Refinery’s facilities.
During the incident the concentration of substances which have influence on the environment was never exceeded.Documents
