Concession
(approval), document granting the right to explore and exploit raw materials owned by the state.
Development/exploitation well
well which is drilled on a discovered reservoir of oil/petroleum and natural gas, aiming at optimal depletion of oil/petroleum and natural gas from the discovered reservoir.
Oil refinery
processing plant for refining crude oil into useful products.
Reforming
transformation of hydrocarbons from one form into another (alkanes into cycloalkanes or into aromatics) using catalysts, temperature and pressure.
Workover plant
usually a mobile facility with a derrick, prime mover and other facilities and devices; used for well testing and completion, equipment installation and servicing the reservoir and the layers/beds in the reservoir.
