- Zagreb, 10 March 2015 – Today INA launched its sixth consecutive Growww tender, which offers the young talents opportunity for one-year internship at INA Group. This years’ Growww program is primarily intended for graduates in the field of petroleum engineering, chemistry and mechanical engineering and, to a lesser extent to other profiles.
Former Growww tenders proved to be a huge success, with several thousand applications. Through this program INA has so far hired over 400 highly educated trainees, who were tasked with ambitious business assignments and goals and also given an opportunity to learn from their mentors, experienced colleagues that monitored them in their work. Also, to each trainee a so called “buddy” is assigned – former Growww trainee, in order to facilitate and speed up the adaptation to new environment
All potential candidates, who match the requested profiles and have up to one year of work experience are invited to submit their applications until 8 April 2015 via INA’s web page www.ina.hr/growww. Information on the program is also available on INA’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
