- INA achieved competitive loan conditions and continues to be recognized as a respectable partner with a compelling position on the financial markets
- The facility can be used for general corporate purposes, and supports INA to achieve its strategic objectives and long-term sustainable growth
Zagreb, 21 July 2026 – Today, INA signed a new multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement in the amount of EUR 500 million. The facility has a five-year tenor, with two one-year extension options, and may be used for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions. The revolving credit facility agreement originally concluded by INA on 19 October 2022 in the amount of EUR 300 million, and subsequently increased to EUR 350 million, will be cancelled.
The transaction was arranged as a club deal involving 12 domestic and international banks, with Erste Group Bank AG and ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d., together with PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB d.d., acting as Coordinators. ING Bank N.V. will act as Facility Agent. The successful completion of the transaction on competitive terms demonstrates INA’s strong access to diversified sources of financing, as well as the continued support of its domestic and international banking partners.
“This revolving credit facility further reinforces INA’s financial stability and provides us with greater flexibility in our daily operations, as well as in planning investments crucial for the future of both the company and the Croatian energy sector. The agreed arrangement is a testament to the trust that financial institutions place in our company”, says Zsuzsanna Ortutay, the Management Board President of INA.
