INA’s General Assembly held today

Zagreb, 12 June 2026 – At today’s General Assembly of INA, shareholders were presented with the 2025 Annual and consolidated Financial Statements with the Independent Auditor’s Report, the INA Group Sustainability Statement with auditor’s assurance report, the Annual Report on the status of the Company and INA Group, and the Supervisory Board Report for 2025.

The General Assembly unanimously adopted the decision on the allocation of INA’s 2025 profit of EUR 152 million. To legal reserves goes EUR 1 million and for dividend payment EUR 151 million. The payment of a dividend in the total amount of EUR 168 million (EUR 16.80 per share) will be paid from a portion of the Company’s net profit for 2025 (EUR 151 million) and from the Company’s retained earnings for 2024 (EUR 17 million). All shareholders who are registered in the depository of the Central Depository and Clearing Company on 17 June 2026 acquire the right to dividend payment that is expected by 10 July 2026. 

Discharge was granted to the members of both the Management and the Supervisory Boards of INA for the business year 2025. Deloitte d.o.o. was appointed as the auditor of the annual financial statements, the annual consolidated financial statements, and for the verification of the Sustainability Report of INA for the year 2027. At the proposal of the shareholder the Republic of Croatia, the mandates of Supervisory Board members Damir Mikuljan, Branimir Škurla and Ivo Ivančić were extended for the next six months.
