Press release

As for today there are no issues with working permits, more specifically there are no foreign citizens without working permits in INA, including Management Board and Supervisory Board members.

There is also no effect on the decisions being concluded by the foreign members of the management since decisions are brought by legally appointed representatives with valid authorities.

We also note that the Croatian state is not harmed in this aspect since the assignees’ tax is paid from the first day of their assignment and not from the day they received the work permit.Documents
