Donation to the SOS Children’s Village Croatia

  • • INA’s donation presented to SOS Children’s Village Croatia, in the value of HRK 200,000
    • On this occasion, the INA Volunteers Club participated in the renovation of the SOS Children’s Village Ladimirevci

Zagreb, 28 November 2014 – Yesterday, INA presented its donation to the SOS Children’s Village Ladimirevci, in the value of HRK 200,000. The donation was presented in the SOS Children’s Village Ladimirevci in Slavonia, and on this occasion the Slavonia branch of the INA Volunteers Club participated in the renovation activities in the SOS house and its surroundings.

“We are proud to continue INA’s long-time cooperation with the SOS Children’s Village Croatia, as well as to work together in order to improve the living conditions for the children without appropriate parental care. We believe that this successful cooperation will continue for a long time, and that the youngest members of the society will be provided with even better conditions for a happy and carefree childhood”, said Mr. Dalibor Delonga on the occasion, the regional manager of retail in INA’s Region Osijek.
INA’s cooperation with the SOS Children’s Village Croatia which cares for the children without appropriate parental care, began in 2010. This year, special attention was paid to Slavonia and the areas affected by the floods, and support was provided to these locations through the program  “We help restore the safety of home for children and families” in Drenovci, Đurići, Račinovci, Rajevo Selo, Strošinci and Gunja, as well as the volunteer action of renovating the SOS Children’s Village Ladimirevci.

“We would like to thank INA, our long-time partner, for supporting the activities of the SOS Children’s Villages. We are happy that in addition to the fINAncial support that they provide, they also actively participate in the lives of our children’s villages through their volunteer actions. It is also extremely important to us and we are very grateful that our partners in INA support our program “We help restore the safety of home for children and families”, which is implemented in the flooded areas”, said Zoran Delić, Director of the SOS Children’s Village Ladimirevci.

In addition to the regular annual donations, INA supports the work of the SOS Children’s Village through a series of volunteer actions and projects within INA retail, such as the last year’s cooperation between INA and Gibonni, which included the exclusive sale of Gibonni’s new album at INA’s petrol stations, and part of the sales revenue was presented as a joint donation to the SOS Children’s Village Croatia.
