New INA Management Board members appointed

Zagreb, June 8 – at INA Supervisory Board session yesterday two new members of the Management Board were appointed. New Management Board members are Pál Zoltán Kara dr. and Péter Ratatics, both appointed with the mandate effective as of June 9th 2011 until April 1, 2015.
At the same session, Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of Attila Holoda and Lajos Alács from the position of the members of the Management Board as of June 8 2011.

Dr. Pal Zoltán Kara is a Vice-president for Legal and General Counsel (Chief Legal Counsel) of MOL Group. He graduated of legal sciences at ELTE (Budapest) with „summa cum laude”. Afterwards he became company secretary and legal support for procurement and marketing in GE Lighting Tungsram Co. until May 1997. Between 1997 and 2001 he was a head of HR and Law in METRO Holding Hungary Trade Ltd. He joined MOL Group in 2001, when he started working as counsel of MOL Plc. until 2006 and as MOL Group General Counsel since June 1, 2006. He is a member of the Presidium of the National Trade Association (OKSZ), MOL Council of Ethics, Member of the Supervisory Board of FGSZ Ltd. and since September 2006, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the New Europe Foundation.

Peter Ratatics is a director of Corporate Center of MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc. He graduated at Corvinus University (Budapest). Mr. Ratatics started as Gas Trading and Business Development expert, then became head of Executive Board Advisory team till 2009. Between 2009 and 2010 he was a head of the Organizational Development and Process Management, and then in 2010-2011 head of Management Services. From May 1 he is a director of Corporate Centre and Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board of FGSZ (Natural Gas Transmission) company.Documents
