Today the official signing of the Charter of Diversity took place in Zagreb. The initiative, which so far has been adopted in 18 EU countries, has been adopted by more than thirty Croatian companies and institutions.
The Croatian project leader is the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the signatories are committed to implementing diversity and non-discrimination policies in their working and business environments.
INA is building and living a culture of diversity and inclusion every day, because we are aware that creating a culture in which employees feel accepted, respected, involved and connected ensures the achievement of better results as well as contributing to a positive, successful and stimulating work environment.
