General Shareholders’ Assembly held

Zagreb, 24 June 2014– INA – Industrija nafte, d.d. held today its General Shareholders’ Assembly attended by 9,717,920 votes or 97.179% of 10,000,000 votes in total.

With the necessary majority of votes present at the Assembly decisions on cover of 2013 losses of INA, d.d., amendments to the list of the Company’s business activities (the details can be found on https://www.ina.hr/investors-9847/announcements-9906/list-of-announcements/9908), and Amendments to the Articles of Association of INA, d.d., as well as the adoption of the final wording of the Articles of Association of INA, d.d. Members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board received discharge for the business year 2013 and the decision on the Appointment of the auditors of the Company for 2014 were adopted. Consolidated and unconsolidated Financial Statements for the year 2013 together with the Independent Auditor’s Report, Company and INA Group Status Report for 2013 and Supervisory Board Report for 2013 were presented to the shareholders at the Assembly.

Speaking to the media after the session, President of the Management Board of INA, Mr Zoltán Áldott, stated “INA is the biggest investor and leading exporter in the country. We have significantly increased our investments last year, by almost 60%. In the time ahead of us we remain committed to delivering strong results, for which the support of both our shareholders is necessary. Further growth of INA is our shared responsibility. All questions concerning INA’s performance in 2013 were addressed and duly answered during the AGM.”
