Zagreb, 12 November 2014 – INA Group level strategy, with significant ambitions of growth in all company’s business divisions, was discussed at today’s session of INA Management Board. In that frame, the detailed strategy for Refining and Marketing business division was further discussed, too. In the last month INA performed additional analyses related to refining business, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of data obtained from internal and external analyses with detailed consideration of different potential scenarios. The Management Board agreed today on the common view of the strategic directions for the Company.
Before reaching a final decision including its implementation, the company strategy will be consulted with two major Shareholders and the Supervisory Board with the aim of coordination and securing the support for the overall development of the Company.
